Duo caught stealing over 800 chocolates

Police officers in Vienna discovered more than 800 bars of chocolate in a thieving duo’s car, it was announced today (Fri).Officials said policemen increasing their presence in the district of Wieden checked two men’s vehicle after the pair were spotted visiting several supermarkets in little time.The officers – members of a special anti-crime group called SoKo Ost – found 828 chocolate bars in the Romanians’ car. The duo, who were put in custody, admitted having planned to sell the loot on the black market in their homeland.Only last week, a 28-year-old man from Hungary was caught trying to steal two bottles of whisky at a shop in Walbersdorf, Burgenland.
