New housing complex lacks access road

Incompetent real estate planners are in trouble after having built a new housing estate without a decent access road.The only street leading to the new 50-flat complex in Ebreichsdorf, Lower Austria, is a bumpy rural road, according to infuriated future tenants.Shocked tenants discovered that the planning company had failed to get permission to build a road leading to the estate only after the construction was complete.Decision-makers are currently negotiating a provisional solution while town hall officials are re-considering their request to construct a road.Critics voiced concerns today (Fri) that several trees may have to be axed to set up the access road – which would be finished in Spring at the earliest if town hall chiefs give the go-ahead.
