The Australian Pink Floyd Show to come to Austria

A celebrated Pink Floyd cover band will perform in one of Vienna’s biggest concert halls next year, it was announced today (Weds).The Australian Pink Floyd Show, who have been performing all over the world since 1988, are set to rock the Gasometer on 13 February.The Australian Pink Floyd Show perform the British progressive rock icons’ most popular songs from their hit albums like “Dark Side of the Moon” and “Wish You Were Here”, but songs created in the early stage of the band’s history are part of every show as well.Ex-Pink Floyd mastermind Roger Waters – who has played a string of solo tours over the past few years himself – reportedly attended one of the gigs by the four-member group from Adelaide.Meanwhile, Britishrock.cc announced English indie pop band Eight Legs will return to Vienna for a concert at the B72 club on 12 December of this year. The band from Stratford-upon-Avon were Pigeon Detectives’ support act on their tour through Austria and other European countries two years ago.
