Family murder / suicide in Vienna

A man killed his mum before committing suicide, police in Vienna said today (Weds).Officials announced that the bodies were found in puddles of blood in a flat in the Josefstadt district this afternoon. They said the man probably stabbed his mother with a knife, adding that more information would be given out later today or tomorrow as crime site investigations continue.Meanwhile, a court in Wiener Neustadt sentenced a 20-year-old Viennese man for seriously injuring his cellmate, 35, with a knife for snoring loudly in February.
