Schubert focus at Steyr festival
Concerts are merged with exhibitions and culinary delicacies at the third “Schubert @ Steyr” festival.Several performances of chamber music and sacred music works by famed Austrian composer Franz Schubert are set to take place at various locations at the Upper Austrian town of Steyr until 30 April as part of the festival which started earlier this month.Creative director Karl-Michael Ebner said the aim was to “approach Schuberts music in different and unusual ways”.An exhibition on Schuberts life is also currently on in Steyr.>> www.schubertatsteyr.at
