AC Milan eye up Rapid teen

Italian giants AC Milan have set their sights on a 15-year-old Austrian, it has been claimed.Sports press in Vienna reported today (Weds) that David Domej was invited to spend a weekend in Milan to have a look around the training and living facilities with his family by bosses of the Serie A leaders.AC Milan managers are reportedly interested in contacting Domej’s club Rapid Vienna about a transfer as soon as he turns 16. The full-back is a regular in the starting line-up of Rapid’s Under-18s team.Only last month, AC Milan’s city rivals Inter signed Austrian Under-21s national team ace Christoph Knasmüllner from German club Bayern Munich.Meanwhile, two-time Bundesliga winners Sturm Graz managed to get closer to the top of the table in domestic football. The side managed by Franco Foda defeated Kapfenberg 2-0 last Saturday, while leaders SV Ried lost 0-1 to vice champs Austria Vienna.The 21st Bundesliga round will take place next weekend.
