3000 Euro reward for information on lynx killers

A 3000 Euro reward has been offered up for any information which leads to the killer of two lynxes, which were found in a plastic bad in Ysper, in Melk, Lower Austria earlier this month.

WWF is calling for the case to be solved as soon as possible and together with theĀ  Kalkalpen National Park and The Austrian Nature Protection Society have offered the reward for any information which leads to the killers.

“Event hough the lynx corpses were disposed of quickly, we still think local residents or holidaymakers may have seen something which could help us with our investigation.” said Christina Reisenbichler from WWF.
