Robbery at betting pub

Viennese police are investigating after a man robbed a sports betting pub in Leopoldstadt district last night (Tues/Weds).The masked criminal, who was armed with a gun, forced a waitress to lead him to the safe of the inn which is open 24 hours a day. He escaped with an undisclosed amount of money around 3am.Several similar robberies have occurred at cafés offering sports betting and gambling entertainment across Austria in the past weeks.
