Cow puts truck driver in clinic

A 24-year-old lorry driver had to be hospitalised after he was attacked by a cow this morning (Weds).The Upper Austrian was assigned to pick up a cow from a farm in Windhaag with his truck. He was pushed against a wall by another heifer when he teamed up with the farmer to lead the animal to his vehicle.The truck driver suffered serious injuries. He was transferred to a nearby clinic.Earlier this month, a 54-year-old farmer from Lengau in Upper Austria was wounded by a cow while she was attending to another heifer. The woman sustained head and chest injuries when the animal pushed her to the ground.
