No Austrians on plane that crashed in Cuba
The Austrian Foreign Ministry has reported that there were no Austrians on board a plane that crashed en route from Santiago de Cuba to Havana, killing 68 people.Ministry spokesman Peter Launsky-Tieffenthal said today (Fri) that two victims initially thought to be Austrian had actually been Australian.He cautioned, however, that there had not yet been official confirmation of the victimsÂ’ identities.
