Rebuffed lover threatens to kill woman

A besotted man was arrested after he threatened his to kill his love interest when he was rejected last night (Sun/Mon).The woman invited the 36-year-old to dinner at her home in Linz, Upper Austria, last night (Sun) after they had been dating for some time. When the 29-year-old eventually told the lovestruck man that she was not interested in a serious relationship, he revealed a knife and threatened to kill her.He allowed the horrified woman to leave the room when she claimed her dog needed to be looked after. She dashed out of the flat and informed officers at the nearest police station about what had happened. The aggressive man was put in custody.
