Neil Armstrong on TV tonight

Legendary astronaut Neil Armstrong visited Austria last week to take part in a TV chat show aired tonight (Thurs), it emerged.Private broadcaster ServusTV revealed only today that Armstrong – the first man on the moon – took an invitation to a special edition of the “Talk im Hangar-7” show produced at Salzburg Airport to mark his 80th birthday today. The station stressed it was the famously reclusive astronaut’s first ever appearance on a TV chat format in his life.Other guests include Russian cosmonaut Alexey Leonov, Austrian base-jumper Felix Baumgartner and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung boss Frank Schirrmacher, the station added. The format will be aired at 9.05pm.ServusTV, which belongs to the empire of Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz – started broadcasting in October 2009.
