Aura Dione extra dates revealed
Two more concert dates for Aura Dione have been announced.It was made public earlier this year that the Danish pop sensation will co-headline the 27th Donauinselfest Vienna set to take place between 25 and 27 June and be the top act at this years Stadtfest Linz festival on 20 August.Now bosses at Viennese WUK club said the chart-topping singer will rock the stage at their venue on 23 November, while music news website Britishrock.cc reported that Dione will perform at the Posthof the next day.Diones song “I Will Love You Monday (365)” topped the charts in Austria and Germany while peaking at number four in her home country. Her new single “Song for Sophie” has entered several national single charts too.News that Dione will perform in Austria twice this November come just one day after it emerged that American crossover rock stars Linkin Park roll into Linz.The award-winning band fronted by Chester Bennington will perform at the citys Tips Arena on 23 October.Top acts like Rammstein, Green Day and Slayer are meanwhile ready to entertain the masses at this weekends Nova Rock festival in Nickelsdorf, Burgenland. Thousands of rock music enthusiasts settled at the venues campsite yesterday (Thurs).The three-day event, which gets underway today, also features Deftones, Kate Nash, Airbourne and The Prodigy.
