Würth Austria had record year

Würth Austria saw its highest ever turnover in 2010.The company said today (Fri) that it achieved a turnover of 142 million Euros in 2010, up by five per cent year on year – the biggest increase since it started doing business in 1962.Würth Austria, which is based in the Lower Austrian town of Böheimkirchen, said it wanted to achieve further growth this year by hiring additional sales representatives.The firm currently has 700 employees. It is part of the German Würth Group, an internationally-operating wholesaler of screws, tools and construction fittings.
