Interest in Fritzl”s house

A potential property developer is keen on buying Austrian incest monster Josef Fritzl’s house reports the property’s liquidator Walter Anzböck.

The developer reports Anzböck is very interested in redeveloping the Fritzl property completely. He claims the property would be redesigned and rebuilt so it would not resemble the Fritzl house at all. The developer hopes to develop a series of apartments in the house.

Anzböck reports considerations are being made about filling in the cellar completely and building authorities are checking whether filling in the cellar would have an effect on neighbouring properties.
