Aqua Dome improves its hotel
Part of the spa complex in Längenfeld has been treated to a revamp.
Aqua Dome has invested 20 million Euros in 60 additional hotel rooms, the extension of the meeting rooms as well as a dedicated spa-area for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
Aqua Dome in Längenfeld (Ötztal) has a new spa area in the hotel, complete with alpine herb sauna, herb bath – and even a crystal pool. A dedicated relaxation space invites hotel guests to unwind away from the hubbub of the thermal baths.
The hotel’s spa area is also open to day guests (although limited to 20) and costs 95 Euros to use.
The improved hotel area now includes 54 double rooms and six family suites. Part of the 20 million Euro outlay went into renovating the existing rooms and the hotel lobby, as well as the creation of a kids’ area.
The space devoted to meeting rooms has nearly doubled to cover 900 square metres. The main room caters for 350 people and is therefore also ideal for corporate car shows.
Soon-to-be attractive destination for incentives
“Aqua Dome aims to attract more seminars, congresses and day guests”, manager Bärbel Frey explained during the presentation on Tuesday.
“In the past years, Aqua Dome has continuously surpassed the expectations of its business plan”, reports Reinhard Mayr van der Raika for die Gesellschafter.
According to Mayr, this new 20 million Euros investment should be soon be recouped – the hotel aiming for 93,000 overnight stays.
