London tops Austrian holiday destinations

The Austrian travel agents Association has confirmed London is now one of the top destinations for Austrians looking to enjoy an Easter break.

London shares the top spot with Spain, the Dominican Republic and the Maldives as the most popular Easter break.

For the package holiday deals Egypt, Turkey and Spain topped the list.

All the holidays being booked offer a varied package of support and cultural attractions as well as wellness and relaxation possibilities.

Of the long-distance travel the Dominican Republic and the Maldives are most popular closely followed by Dubai, Cuba and the UAE.

London and Barcelona are the most popular city destinations by a long way.

For incoming tourists particularly high numbers are being booked in as coming from Asia over Easter.
