Lower Austrian woman dies after traffic accident

A 30-year-old woman passed away after crashing into an oncoming car in Lower Austria yesterday evening (Thurs).

The driver passed away before paramedics arrived at the scene of the accident near Herzogenburg. The driver of the other car, a 35-year-old woman, and her three children were hospitalised in St. Pölten with undisclosed injuries.

Police are currently investigating why the killed motorist lost control of her vehicle.
