Girl survives balcony fall

A three-year-old girl must have a guardian angel as she survived falling from a balcony yesterday (Weds).The child was clambering around on the balcony at the family home in Prutz, Tyrol, before she fell six metres on to a concreted area. She is being treated in a hospital in Innsbruck. Doctors refused to announce what kind of injuries the girl suffered in the incident.Local authorities made no comment over whether her father will face charges for leaving her on her own as he picked up her older sister from school.
