Austrian Under-18s crush Slovenia

The Austrian Under-18s football national team defeated their Slovene counterparts in a friendly yesterday (Weds).

Ernst Weber’s team won the match 4-2 thanks to three goals within 10 minutes early in the second half.

The Austrian senior squad are currently preparing in Flachau, Salzburg, for their upcoming Euro2012 qualifiers against Kazakhstan next Tuesday (7 September) and Azerbaijan (8 October).

The team coached by Dietmar Constantini will also face Turkey, Germany and Belgium in their group.
