Fire station fire

Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze at their own firestation in Lofer, Austria.

During roofing work on the fire station a blaze broke. Builders were using a gas flame heating up bitumen sheeting when it suddenly set fire to the wooden roof.

Luckily the thirty on duty firemen were able to put out the blaze quickly after being alarmed by workers.

The building was evacuated and nobody was injured.
