Austrian motorist dies in Romania

An Austrian motorist has died while on holiday in southern Romania, according to the Romanian Times.

The online newspaper reports today (Fri) that the 51-year-old man was killed while taking part in a motorcycle race with pals on Tuesday night.

An investigation has been launched to establish the circumstances of his death, the report said.
