Drink driver continues ride on three wheels

A boozed-up driver was caught driving with only three wheels after he lost the fourth in a crash yesterday (Thurs).

Police in Kufstein, Tyrol, said today the pie-eyed 44-year-old man had first careered into a rock face and then carried on his journey on the pass road despite having only three wheels left.

He then nearly slammed into a group of surprised motorbikers on a pass road who alerted the police.

Traffic officers confiscated the man’s licence and put him into a drunk cell after a breathalyser test revealed he was more than five times over the drink-drive limit. He now faces traffic charges.
