New university buildings for Vienna uni
Students in some subjects at the University of Vienna will be relocated to different party of the city from the Winter Semester 2013.
The move will affect around 2,500 students, mainly those who are mathematics and business students.
The new building will be located in Rossau am Alsergrund. The building located on Hahngasse, Rossauer Lände, in Vienna, was originally built in 1955 and now the twelve storey building is being completely modernised.
Students will benefit from the new facilities and location. Over a space of 30,000 square metres there will be four large and many smaller lecture theatres.
There will be a cafe for students as well as a large library and many offices for academic staff.
